Abend,
Was sagt die Verwaltung? Wurden irgendwelche Fehler oder Warnhinweise protokolliert zum Ausfallzeitpunkt? Im Regelfall findest du die Verwaltung unter Systemsteuerung. Dies wäre bei solchen Problemen die erste Anlaufstelle.
