New category "Synchro"

- New category is "Synchro". Card frame color is white. Synchro cards are placed in the Extra Deck.
- Another new category are "Tuner". They are required to Special Summon a Synchro monster.
- When the total level of the appropriate Tuner monster and the other monsters on the field matches the Synchro monster's level, it can be Special Summoned by sending the appropriate monster to the Graveyard
