Ja, Paracetamol enthält einen anderen Wirkstoff. Ich bin nämlich gegen den Hauptwirkstoff von Aspirin allergisch und bin deshalb auf Paracetamol angewiesen...

Wusstest du übrigens, dass fast alle Deutschen entweder gegen Aspirin oder gegen Paracetamol allergisch sind? ^^
