Skype Probleme

Also im orginal (englisch) ist es so beschrieben:

Windows


If the Skype icon is displayed in the system tray at the bottom right of the screen, right-click it and select Quit. (skype komplett beenden. Fällt bei dir weg da Programm Tot. Schau mal ob im Taskmanager unter prozesse noch was von skype drinnen ist)

Click Start, type "run" and press Enter. (On Windows XP: Click Start and then Run.) (Windows 7: Klicke auf start und suche nach Ausführen und drücke enter. Unter windows XP den Button ausführen im Startmenü drücken)

Type "%appdata%\skype" and click OK. (den Text zwischen den " eingeben und ok klicken)

Locate and delete the file shared.xml. The file may be displayed as shared if file extensions are not displayed by default on your computer. (Lösche shared.xml. Bei einigen Computern wird die Endung weggelassen, da steht dann nur shared)

If you cannot find this file:

Click Start, type "run" and press Enter.

Type "control folders" and click OK.

In the View tab, ensure that Show hidden files and folders is enabled.

Repeat the instructions from the beginning. (kurz gesagt du sollst schaun ob unsichtbare Dateien angezeigt werden. Bei XP im Arbeitsplatz unter Extras -> Ordneroptionen -> Ansicht ganz runterscrollen, bei Windows 7 unter organisieren -> Ordneroptionen -> Ansicht auch ganz unten)

Versuche mal falls es dann immernoch nicht klappt Skype zu deinstallieren, dann Rechner neu starten, dann neu installieren
