Nein, tut es eben nicht!
Hier die offizielle Compendium-Antwort der gleichen Frage zu "Shadow Tag" von Woingenau, der das gleiche macht, halt nur mit 7 Schadensmarken.
== SHADOW TAG (Wobbuffet - EX:Legend Maker)
Q. If Wobbuffet attacks with "Shadow Tag" (place 7 damage counters on the defending Pokemon at the end of your opponent's next turn), then if the Pokemon that was attacked goes to the bench or evolves/devolves will it still take the 7 damage counters or not?
A. The effect is on the Defending Pokémon, not Wobbuffet. So if the Defending Pokémon evolves, retreats, etc. the Shadow Tag effect goes away and no damage is taken. (Feb 16, 2006 PUI Rules Team)
